Broad Spectrum CBD: Broad spectrum CBD is CBD that has been extracted from the cannabis plant with all of the other compounds from the plant except for THC. That means it contains terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids from the plant.
Full Spectrum CBD: Full spectrum CBD is an extract that contains all compounds found naturally occurring in the plant, including terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids (including THC).
Phytocannabinoid: The most simple phytocannabinoid definition is any cannabinoid produced in the trichomes of a cannabis plant. When extracted from the plant and consumed, phytocannabinoids interact with our body’s receptors to produce numerous psychotropic and therapeutic effects. Both plants and animals produce their own cannabinoids. Those produced inside the mammalian body are called endocannabinoids.
Terpenes: Terpenes in the hemp plant are made in the sticky resin glands where CBD and other cannabinoids are produced. Both; Broad Spectrum, and Full Spectrum CBD products contain all the terpenes and cannabinoids available from the cannabis plant.

Under sections 201(s) and 409 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act), any substance that is intentionally added to food is a food additive, that is subject to premarket review and approval by FDA, unless the substance is generally recognized, among qualified experts, as having been adequately shown to be safe under the conditions of its intended use, or unless the use of the substance is otherwise excepted from the definition of a food additive.

NSF/cGMP: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are guidelines that provide a system of processes, procedures and documentation to assure a product has the identity, strength, composition, quality and purity that appear on its label. These GMP requirements are listed in Section 8 of NSF/ANSI 173 which is the only American National Standard in the dietary supplement industry developed in accordance with the FDA’s 21 CFR Part 111.
NSF International independently registers manufacturers as meeting GMP requirements. The program is open not just to manufacturers of dietary supplements but also to manufacturers of ingredients and raw materials, as well as distribution, warehousing and packaging companies, who want to demonstrate their commitment to public safety.
GMO-Free : Non-GMO – GMO stands for “genetically modified organism.” The definition of what it means to be genetically modified is hotly debated still, but when you see something labeled as non-GMO, it usually means that the genetic makeup of the plants and animals used in the product has not been altered for the purposes of food production or manufacturing.
BSE/TSE Free: This is to certify that the products listed above are produced entirely from materials of synthetic origin and therefore are free from human or any other animal derived materials including bovine products. In addition, there are no animal derived components used in the manufacturing or handling processes of this product. As such, this material can be declared free of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) and Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy (TSE).
Vegan: means that a product does not contain any animal products or animal-derived ingredients. It describes the ingredients, rather than the production process
